1.Responsibility with Buyer: Receiving new queries from buyer and providing submission date. Following related materials comments such as sample, trims, accessories and wash. Preparing parcels for buyer. Preparing monthly PI for master LC.2.Responsibility with Vendors: Includes both fabrics and accessories follow-up. Following both foreign and local fabrics from price and T&A negotiation, quality approval, lab-lip / handloom approval, bulk fabrics approval to production level problem settlement.3.Responsibility with factories: Taking T&A for development and confirmed orders sample, trims and accessories submission. Providing buyer’s comment to factories and fulfilling buyer’s requirement. Making production plan and help executing delivery as per buyer’s requirement. 4.Responsibility with TSCL quality team: Providing factory-wise forecast of orders. Providing buyer’s comment and approved samples, trims, accessories to related QC. Attending PP-meeting with QC to ensure garments styling. Following up production in-line and final inspection with QC. Discussing production problems with factories following the in-line reports. 5.Responsibility with TSCL commercial department: Following up Master LC status with commercial department. After LC receipt, confirming LC transferring status to factory merchandiser for smooth shipment. 6.Responsibility with reporting senior and team supervisor: Helping with cost related issues. Updating WIP for decision making purpose. Reporting problems and providing forecast based on different scenarios. Any other requirements seniors asked for.
