"Jacques Cousteau" is and has been my idol ever since. The three trades that I learned and adapted from him are passion for the sea, always trying to learn new things and most importantly never give up. These attributes are present in my every day life both work and off-work.I have become scuba instructor, I dive, but business wise I learn new ways to become better and I thrive in finding solutions.I have worn many "hats" during my career -- programmer, system specialist, consultant for test management and QA test engineer, IT manager, scuba instructor, trip leader, sales manager and team leader. As a result, I have profound ability and interest to help, support and teach people in day-to-day situations, solve possible issues and push people forward and make sales closures. But actual hands-on experience has taught me that my professional values boils down to the following:- World has evolved and we all need to, and I need to evolve alongside to adapt in agile way- Most important persons in my work are my clients, they make my pay check- I don't live at the moment or for the moment, I plan ahead with back up plans- I am multi-linguist: Besides English and Finnish language, I speak fluent geek, media, sales, trainer, difficult client and hey, I can even speak all languages under water- I don't care who gets the credit, I just want to win and simple win is a smile- I don't only have ideas, I have BIG ideas out of the box- I can survive pressure, also ambient pressure of 6.2 atm- team is to help, leading is sharing responsibility- I am not a boss, I am a coach or trainerI love meeting new people whether it is my new professional acquitance, client, colleague or dive buddy.
