As a project assistant at the Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO), I contribute to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various projects and activities that aim to empower and support people with disabilities in my community. I have organized and monitored the "Yes we can platform", a program that provides training, mentoring, and networking opportunities for people with disabilities who want to start their own businesses or projects.I am also a disability activist, as I have a personal experience of living with a disability. I have participated in several campaigns, events, and workshops that raise awareness and advocate for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities. I have also collected and analyzed data on the needs, challenges, and opportunities of people with disabilities in Halabja, and provided recommendations for policy and action.I am pursuing my master's degree in English Language Teaching at the University of Kurdistan in Iran, after completing my bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Halabja. I have a strong passion and proficiency for languages, and I have taught English as a second language to various groups of learners, including children, students, and adults. I have also represented Halabja University in China in a delegation program, and acquired multiple certificates in areas such as NLP, leadership, and tutoring techniques.I have a diverse set of skills and competencies that enable me to perform well in different roles and contexts. I am proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and I have a broad ICT knowledge that reflects my continuous commitment to improvement. I am enterprising, stress-resistant, and result-oriented, and I am known for my creativity, contribution to group work, and ability to work independently or in teams. I have a sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability, and I can handle time pressure and deadlines effectively.
