Every Store Perfect is a state of the art technology company. We help manufacturers, merchandising service companies, and retailers deliver the most products to the most consumers at the least cost. In 2002 I was approached by Robert Gerace, ESP’s CEO to help him build his fledgling custom software business. I was hired as an Account Manager and traveled all over the country with Robert. We met with potential clients, and I provided training for new clients. This is when I developed my skills for document building and created all of our demonstration and training manuals.By 2004 we had grown our staff significantly and I was promoted to VP Customer Relations. In this new position, I recruited, trained, and managed a team of Account Managers and Technical Support Reps. In 2006 I was promoted to COO, Sr. VP. In my position of COO at ESP, I have lead teams, built client relationships, managed work of lower-level executives, as well as handled lower-level responsibilities. In a growing company, flexibility is important for ongoing success. I have managed operations worldwide including HR, policy & procedure from creation to execution, ensured quality, alignment with our culture, values, and service delivery – including customer satisfaction. We have been successful in cultivating a healthy internal culture, resulting in decreasing our turn over significantly, motivating staff, and creating staff loyalty.
