• Oversee all inter-province and export logistics activities, including rail and ocean freight transportation.• Participate in the annual budgets and sales forecasts in support of the organizational strategy and objectives defined for the International Sales.• Ensure Company compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation of product.• Provide customer support and liaise with customers regarding queries and claims related to product quality and logistic systems.• Analyze data and information -- Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into appropriate reports.• Work closely with other management personnel to ensure logistic integration between production activities and sales fulfillment.• Collaborate with finance department to integrate logistics with business systems or processes by ensuring relevant and accurate information is exchanged.• Support the development of budgets and perform cost and productivity analysis as required.• Review all documentation required for rail and ocean borne shipments for accuracy.• Responsible for transportation negotiations with product carriers, rail or truck.• Negotiate and procure outside supply from other facilities.• Generate purchase contracts for in-bound pellets.• Align program requirements for transportation flow of product (assign railcars, truck to location, or lease of new equipment to accommodate the program).• Work collaboratively with outside supplier on product scheduling to final destination• Oversee and execute any requirements from customer audit schemes (PEFC, GGL, SGS, SBP – audit schemes identified).• Work with all outside supply providers to ensure the right audit information is being tracked and assist in the preparation for annual audits to the required schemes.

Manage and Co-ordinate rail and truck shipments for Hydrogen Peroxide. Communicate Customer complaints/maintain complaint system in supply chain. Work to improve on time, quality deliveries across network. Work with all network managers to identify and implement improvement projects. Work closely with Hydrogen Peroxide Business Director and planning team to understand volumes, business changes and needs for equipment, routes and services. Comply with all regulatory guidelines applicable to shipping and transportation of products. Collaboration with manufacturing to ensure delivery targets are achieved and problems addressed. Work with sales to ensure S&OP plans are properly communicated and ensure customer supply is maintained. Direct liaison to customers, including site visits to build working relationships and maintain quality relationships. Support AR & Working Capital targets. Work directly with plant controller to reconcile inventories . Maintain and implement new customer accounts in SAP. Customer invoice implementation and approval. Look for ways to save costs through-out network including asset utilization.

 Ensure fluidity of bulk commodities. Direct liaison with customer service reps, transportation reporting services and operations. Maintain CLS website used by customers as well as operations. Analyze and synthesize reporting to identify and communicate areas for improvement.

 Operate diesel-electric locomotives. Interpret train orders, timetables, train signals and railway rules and regulations to transport freight in a safe and efficient manner. Qualified Locomotive Engineer Jan 2011-Present.  Maintain Level one first aid and transportation of dangerous goods certificates.
