As Chief Inspirer at JAM, I got to take the stress away for marketing agencies and their clients by producing white-label Facebook Messenger Chatbots that establish relationships (very cooly) and serve the customer in a way never done before. The future of marketing lies in the hands of our consumers - and they are demanding instant contact and quality information delivered as an experience. I've been able to draw from all my experience as a business strategist, magazine editor, marketer and speaker - hire top technicians and roll this all into producing chatbots that will change the world - one beautiful customer at a time :)

From co-founding SO to simply help businesses grow and ending up as one of 7 finalists in 'Editor of the Year' global digital magazine awards in London 2015 was mind-blowing!SO Magazine has been such an important part of my journey in life and I not only learned what it took to grow a global brand, but it was about the people. It’s always been about the people for me. With the SO team, I met some of the most inspirational entrepreneurs tucked in many corners around the globe. Bringing people together for a common goal in a supportive and inspirational environment is always at the core of what I do. From times of struggle to enjoying great success, I learned the hard way many times! My first businesses were Hair and Beauty Therapy salons, which ultimately started my speaking journey! Being asked by major companies to share our success and tour the country speaking was at first completely out of my comfort zone. But I saw how many people I could help, and from there, as they say, the rest is history. My background as award winning hairstylist, national hairdressing judge and international platform competitor also meant I knew the workings of salons in every possible way. This also means as an international speaker I have an almost endless supply of great salon stories! :-) I often think my background in hair and beauty set me up for life in any business - from both a creative perspective ans a communication perspective. Never underestimate the underlying skills of your hairdresser!
