It is true the majority of my experience has been with one company, but during that time frame I entered the company as a sales secretary and progressed through 7 job changes to become the Quality Manager of one of their 3 facilities. My last position was Quality Systems Administrator where I maintained and organized several tasks/projects within the 3 facilities. In a Quality environment we deal with facts, not assumptions for continuous improvement. Over the years I acquired patience when listening to co-workers, customers and management. I'm proud of my achievements with obtaining the ASQ-Certified Auditor status and OSHA 501 Train the Trainer.
