I am a certified coach, group facilitator and member of the International Coaching Federation with qualifications in Executive and Systems Coaching, advanced Group Facilitation and Leadership and Management.I have a healthcare career of 30+ years that includes project manager, leader, learning designer and quality improvement consultant. A skilled communicator my interpersonal skills enable me to build partnerships and engage stakeholders in the development and implementation of state-wide projects and programs. As a life-long resident of rural communities I am passionate about equitable access to services, workforce opportunities and building a sustainable rural workforce with a distribution of skills aligned with the service needs of rural communities. As a coach I partner with people to help them clarify what they want in their life and identify the steps to get it. As part of my coaching practice I work with people to support them to regenerate, transition to the next phase of their life and step into their power. I love to connect people and ideas. With experience in virtual facilitation and delivery of remote workshops I help people collaborate and innovate whatever the circumstances.I have a deep commitment in all my work to increase people's understanding of the impact of power, rank and privilege on equity, inclusion and wellbeing.
