I am a people focussed professional with a deeply held conviction to develop organisations and systems that uphold the values of kindness, integrity, sustainability and genuine engagement.I have held a mix of volunteer and employed roles in churches that have included team support and wellbeing; training; recruitment; risk management; policy development; bible college lecturing; youth, young adult and women’s ministry; Red Frogs site leadership; community care leadership; and board directorship.My deep passion for people work has also led to my leadership of a bespoke organsitional development consultancy where I worked alongside organisational leaders to strengthen culture, people systems, quality assurance and ethical practice.I have additionally worked within and in collaboration with multi-tier government. In these roles I have used the framework of community development to develop community services and initiatives. I have worked in collaboration with community members to advocate for change and facilitate improvement and strength, developed community focussed public policy in consultation with stakeholders, constructed and improved community facilities, coordinated community events and festivals, and led a large team of like minded professionals.Training and development have been central to my work including lecturing and tutoring university and college students, hosting training events for church pastors and community service professionals, and one-on-one mentoring.I welcome the opportunity to network, learn and grow with others.
