A lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, Karyn graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She has earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and e-PRO® certifications through the National Association of Realtors®, as well as the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.In 2022 and 2021 Karyn earned the prestigious NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence® at the Platinum award level, and in 2020 and 2019 achieved the Silver award level. She was recognized in 2023 and 2022 by RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best as being among the top 1.5% of 1.6 million real estate professionals throughout the United States based on 2022 and 2021 sales data. In 2023 she was awarded the Five Star Professional award, which recognizes outstanding client satisfaction and customer service. Karyn was the Top Producer (most volume sold) in 2022 and 2021 for the Brick office. Company-wide, she was #2 in most volume sold in 2022 and also achieved Most Closed Sales, Most Listings Taken, Most In-House Sales, Most Closed Listings, and the Community Service Award.Karyn strongly believes in community service and volunteerism and is active in many organizations. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University, President of the Board of Directors of the Monmouth University Alumni Association, a member of the Point Pleasant Beach Rotary, and a member of Brick UNICO. She also served for four years as an elected member of the Brick Township Board of Education. In 2022 she received the Outstanding Alumni Service Award from Monmouth University and was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Point Pleasant Beach Rotary.In addition to her community service, Karyn is a member of the Monmouth/Ocean Board of Realtors, serving on the Education Committee, Public Relations Committee, and Associates Committee.
