I am a micro digital content creator who posts mainly on TikTok and Instagram.In this role, I have learned to manage social media content, communicate with clients to promote content and well as create engaging video content for sales and marketing.

In the year I was at TCOYSO, I practiced various civil litigative disputes involving the following areas:1. Construction Arbitration and Adjudication 2. Industrial Relations3. Family Law 4. Commercial and Contractual Disputes5. Insolvency and BankruptcyWhile I was working through a pandemic, I still had the opportunity to attend Court matters physically, trials and appellate hearings online at the Court of Appeal, Malaysia.

During my short stint as a Pupil-in-Chambers, I was under the tutelage of Mr. Lim Hock Siang and was primarily involved in the field of Construction Law. This included Construction Litigation, Arbitration and Adjudication matters. My responsibilities as a pupil includes:• Legal research.• Drafting of documents, ie. Payment Claim, Notice of Demand.• Interlocutory Application, ie. preparing Affidavits and Exhibits• Legal documentation, ie. Preparing Bundle of Documents, Appeal Records.Skills that I have required as a pupil includes, but not limited to:• Legal Research - Ability to pinpoint the relevant issue and search through multiple database for case precedents which support the case in point.• Communication skills – Interactions with solicitors and clients.• Multi-tasking skills – Ability to work on multiple cases at the same time and meet deadlines and due dates between them efficiently.
