I also had the honor of presenting our Living Lab research findings by discussing Food Literacy as a Path Towards Sustainability at the 2023 Fifteenth International Conference on Climate Change: Impacts & Responses in Vancouver. In addition, I have published a series of articles with Plant Based World Pulse discussing the many impacts of our food system on human and planetary health and how food service professionals can assist their customers in making healthful and sustainable food choices. I have contributed to an article discussing how to best attract and maintain top talent in the alternative protein sector for the publication Protein Production Technology International.
