In this management role, I oversaw a remote eight member Implementation Team. This function provided a thoughtful implementation strategy to national and regional food service partners. Responsibilities include methodical planning, process building, risk mitigation on national account tests, new product strategy and development of processes to improve ink to install cycle time, key account on-boarding. Over each year, this small team of eight coordinated over half of our product installs across our 41 depot network.

Repeatedly laid the foundations for new sales work functions and processes and set into motion changes that matured into organizational core competencies associated with new hire training, customer product trials and sales software evolution.
