I am currently employed as a Supervisor at Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. in the Analytical Development Department. I am responsible for the development and transfer of analytical methods to Quality Control (QC) and full biophysical characterization of the various immunotherapy drugs in our company pipeline. I also perform investigative testing and troubleshooting to support other departments and ensure our products meet federal and EU regulations.I graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. with a B.S. in Biology. From my educational background and experience in an academic as well as industry laboratory, I have developed the ability to use my knowledge of analytical science to perform and thoroughly understand various laboratory procedures. I am also the current co-Chair of the Celldex Employee Resource Group (ERG), whose mission is to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) align with the goals of the company. My ultimate goal is to extend my understanding of varied biochemical mechanisms by utilizing my education and gained industry experience to earn a leadership position that allows me to grow on a professional and personal level. My interests include biochemistry, green chemistry, and DE&I.
