As the Walk Me system administrator, I was responsible for coordinating new features and functionality, working with internal customers on customization projects and resolving technical issues in support of expanding system adoption.

This was accomplished through implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools as well as by coaching leaders and teams on the process of continuous improvement. I was responsible for leading the execution of Continuous Process Improvement initiatives and projects on a day-to day basis, and developed strategic improvement plans for the future.

The Intervention Specialist team was a groundbreaking ProctorU innovation designed to enhance the overall quality of our proctoring services. During my time as the interim manager, I was a critical player in the success of the team. With the guideance of ProctorU's COO, I effectively created team processes to identify cheating events, review and report cheating events to clients, research claims of large-scale cheating events, and proctor observations/audits. During my time in this interim role, I implemented all team processes through Zendesk and scaled the team across multiple locations. Additionally, I leveraged Zendesk reporting to transform the operational sight into cheating events. These processes and statistics are still used today.

As the Client Experience Manager, I provided a foundation of support to all organizational partnerships through the delivery of service, day to day communication, and ongoing assistance and education of company services and systems. I was also a liaison to ensure that all commitments were upheld by the operations team. Additionally, I was responsible for proactively maintaining staffing levels and employee availability to satisfy customer demand.

As an added responsibility to the Client Experience Role, I was tasked with onboarding a ticketing system to enhance processes of a newly adopted team. In the process of identifying and implementing Zendesk, along with other VoIP systems, my teams and I transformed the way our entire Support team interacted with the ProctorU userbase. As the Zendesk Administrator, I was responsible for ongboarding Zendesk, coordinating new features and functionality, working with internal customers on customization projects, and resolved technical issues in support of expanding our Zendesk CRM adoption. This included development and support of Zendesk client configurations, and custom analytics.
