As a Learning and Development Consultants at FRG, I took full ownership of all training processes within the Tampa office. This included facilitating training sessions for both new and existing employees within the business to up-skill them on recruitment, as well as one on one coaching sessions as needed. I was tasked with teaching a team of novice and experienced recruiters the ins and outs of candidate-focused recruitment as well as business development and how to be a highly effective salesperson within the recruitment industry.At FRG I was highly invested in the training process and was constantly reviewing internal processes and looking to improve training wherever possible. I worked with the global L&D team to facilitate the creation of new training content and adoption of new training as these processes are rolled out across the business.

As the Associate Director I was responsible for creating an exceptional student experience by providing operational excellence to create a consistent and welcoming student and staff environment. Responsible for all campus operations in regards to the full student life cycle, which includes student recruitment, admissions coordination, student on-boarding, student logistics during the course, and oversee graduation and job placement. Oversee Student Services on student and community programming and events such as field trips, Demo Days, and guest speakers, and the management of campus facilities. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring and training Technical Instructors and staff.In addition, I was responsible for the daily operations including staff management, scheduling of classes, procurement, accounts receivables and payables, business relationship management and other duties to ensure overall daily management of the center.

As the Career Services Coordinator, I was responsible for community outreach and student placement within their field of study. I oversaw the Career Services team throughout 3 campuses. My main focus was to partner with organizations and create employment opportunities for our graduating students and to ensure the overall success of the Career Services Department.

Provided Administrative Support to the VP of Sales as well as up to 4 Regional Sales Managers. Provided Sales and Customer Service support to 5 Distributors, including both Domestic and International, up to 200 Independent Retailers as well as PetSmart Canada, Petco and The Vitamin Shoppe. Attended Trade Shows and Store Grand Openings to support the retailer and product line. Managed Quality Control Department.
