Managing a $800,000 + volume retail store. Analyzing daily paperwork that entails hour-by-hour results that reflect sales, customer traffic, average dollar transactions, unit per transaction, internet sales, credit card applications and sales, as well as our customer loyalty program. Setting goals for every individual on the team and providing selling tools and ensuring the team is utilizing these tools given to better the store's performance. Twice a month, re-merchandise the store and execute the store set that the company sends out, uphold current product and freshen the store's internal look. Daily shipment execution, processing clearance product, price adjustments, and promotional changes weekly. Producing schedules based on the store's trend and last years fiscal dates performance and staying within the payroll hours provided. Providing customer service on the sales floor by greeting, providing knowledge of the store's current promotions on product, up selling similar products, and ensuring to turn customers into loyal, returning members.
