Process new hire paperwork. Daily monitoring of checking accounts and company credit cards, monthly account reconciliation. Manage subcontractor insurance database, prepare lien releases. Office supply inventory and ordering. Other projects and duties as assigned.

Storage department management; set up new storage accounts, ensure all balances are paid on time. Accounts receivable, follow up on all past due invoices and make collections calls as required. Audit Van Line statements, making sure the company is being paid correctly for all relocation services. Review driver logs for accuracy and discuss how to correct errors to avoid DOT fines. Assist in other areas as needed.

Maintain a safe environment for client’s dogs. Monitor daily feedings, animal behavior, and noteworthy happenings. Provide regular check-ins and overnight stays. Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction. Create marketing campaigns to grow client base. General small business bookkeeping.

Responsible for two employees, two subcontractors, and all daily operations. Bookkeeping to include; invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, prepare deposits, monthly bank reconciliation, payroll, and collections. Prepare dispatch, daily route planning, provide exceptional customer service.

Manage the entire relocation process for employees of high-level corporate accounts. Consult with customers on relocation needs, to include: household goods movement and expense management as well as travel arrangements, and temporary housing. Assist in all departments, as required.
