Dedicated to the cause of supporting survivors and eliminating partner violence for decades, this was the next natural step in my journey. My robust skillset in supervision, guidance, stewardship, collaboration, policy writing, event planning, social media/website management, and reporting play a pivotal role in my work. My attention to detail and focus on the strategic vision are crucial to any organization. I bring energy and commitment to projects about which I'm passionate.Out of curiosity, I decided to take a class, which led to more training and now I'm a Certified Coach in the following areas--(Master Life Coach: {Life Purpose, Happiness, Professional Life, & Goal Success}, Professional Facilitator and Employee Performance Coach). The focus is on leadership & learning styles, navigating change, emotional intelligence, management, behaviors, culture, and communication skills. I concentrate on the skills, talents, creativity, and value each individual brings that will enhance their personal growth and guidance during any potential significant life and career changes. The expected outcome is for each individual to be confident, strong, successful, and happy along their life journey.
