Leading the scientific initiatives at LADE.de, I head an agile team developing a cutting-edge AI-driven energy management system. In this role, we innovate by smartly syncing electric vehicle charging with fluctuating renewable energies, enhancing integration between the energy and mobility sectors, and using AI to personally tailor each charge process. My core competencies in agile development, data analysis, and leadership are critical in driving these innovations.Together with top-tier institutes and companies within the BiFlex-Industry project, we aim to transform company fleets into virtual power plants. Holding a PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Hamburg, I integrate rigorous scientific analysis with dynamic team leadership to push the boundaries of technology in the renewable energy sector.Formerly a coach for the Dutch national floorball team, I apply proven coaching techniques to enhance team productivity and innovation. My goal is to drive substantial and quantifiable improvements in how we harness social and technical innovations to sustain our planet.
