As an operations manager at Chick-fil-A Atlanta Highway, I work alongside our leadership team to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and ensure a high level of team member and guest satisfaction. I received a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Georgia, where I developed my interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
