Operating as North American Business Develop & Strategic lead for our family of products as it pertains to US DoD, DoJ, and other pertinent government organizations. In addition, leading our global business unit as the market lead for Unmanned Systems. Driving the vision and future growth for the global organization (to include Codan and the family of companies under our banner)

• Acting Subject Matter Expert and Director of Sales activity over radio/data link integration for Unmanned Ground Vehicles/Robotics, Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Unmanned Sea Vessels, Unattended Ground sensors and Aerostat platforms. • SME specializing in RF/Radio integration into UAS. From design to flight operations with RF • Support technical exchanges, business development discussions, demonstrations and onsite engagement for radio integration for command, control, video, and all other data requiring an RF link of over a few hundred companies• Individually grown sales revenue from less than 1 million annually, to 20 million in a five year span • Manage the Incoming Director of Sales, Unmanned System to build and lead a larger division• Individually support small and medium scale RFP/RFQ/RFI responses• Have amassed a very deep network of high-profile companies, from CEO down to Technical leadership. Also, ties to DoD, DoJ, and foreign MoD allowing me to leverage future collaboration with my future organization

• Directs the engineering efforts of innovation, design, development, testing and production of unmanned aerial systems and sub-systems. • Executes the organization's research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives• Ensures research and development activities maintain the competitive position and profitability of the organization• Supervises and leads 18 employees, including project managers, engineers, UAS Pilots and technicians who design, develop, and integrate unmanned systems, and sub systemsoversee production and quality control.• Ensures timely project delivery, program management, cost control and customer satisfaction. • Interface closely with the Finance, Marketing, Production and Operations departments.• Provide subject matter guidance and strategy on DoD and DoJ field operations of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance mission concepts of operations and execution

Responsible for the identification, promotion, development and capture of profitable new domestic and foreign military business opportunities in the Unmanned Aerial Systems field. We also look to establish a civilian market as the National Air Space begins to open up to Law Enforcement, Fire and Emergency Services, and other State and Federal run agencies.

As the Subcontracts Manager at Dragoon Technologies, I work directly with full time employees and subcontractors in strategic planning, requirement analysis, and concept of operations planning for airborne intelligence, Surveillance, and reconnaissance related missions and projects. In addition to these duties, I have been a trainer, and business development representative to Dragoon with great success. I have also spent a significant amount of time working as a test engineer, integrator, and operator on a variety of fixed wing aerial reconnaissance platforms.
