Kasey Thompson builds the capacity of organizations and systems that advance youth’s development cradle to career and support families. Melding emerging research and community assets, she works with groups to design new programs and initiatives, secure resources, and establish infrastructure to sustain high quality operations that improve life outcomes. Kasey is passionate about improving equity and opportunity in Philadelphia and beyond.Ms. Thompson's experience ranges from international participatory community development, to leading school-based resource centers and programs, to training and technical assistance, to strategic philanthropy. Her approach engages key stakeholders to clarify shared vision and plan for action, while creating mechanisms for capturing impact and continuous quality improvement. Kasey is bilingual Spanish-English and has worked with diverse stakeholders throughout her career. She is also active in advancing trauma-informed approaches for work with youth and families.
