I love to problem solve and provide resolutions to come up in everyday operations. In my current role as a Logistics associate in client operations, I tackle unpredictable issues daily and am always having to come up with creative solutions to maintaining our client expectations. While my work history is short, it has been full of learning opportunities and skill building that has created a strong work ethic and the motivation to be moving forward and moving upwards in all I do. My personal and professional experiences have taught be the following about myself:I can successfully deescalate a strained situation.-I put the customers needs and expectations first-I excel in maintaining a cool and level mind when customers are upset-I am constantly looking for the best way to fix an issue or situation that suits both the client and the companies expectations. I am constantly looking for ways to improve-I am constantly looking for new ways and things to learn-I focus on making sure each decision I make is of high quality-I am always reviewing past situations to ensure my skills are progressingI can lead, and grow teams from 5-50 people-I enjoy providing support and searching for resolutions with others-I speak professionally while maintaining a personal aspect to each situation-I can motivate and encourage by telling appropriate narrativesI enjoy encountering new people and hearing new ideas and thoughts.
