I had a boss tell me once that I "just get things done". Hello, my name is Kasey and I strive to “get things done".When I was in college at Palm Beach Atlantic University, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life. My desire was to impact the local community. Little did I know, my future would allow me to achieve the same dream but in a completely unexpected context.In 2007, I started working at Chick-fil-A to pay for college. My dream to impact the community around me came to fruition through a popular chicken franchise. Over the next 13 years, my career developed gradually from Team Member to Human Resources to most recently, Manager Partner of Okeechobee and Turnpike. I have the wonderful and challenging role of overseeing various people and operations at the store level and building our organization at an Executive level. I enjoy the opportunity to "get things done" within the business and within the community, as well. Our restaurants invest time and assets into the community around us and I am so grateful to be living out my dream. In 2018, I started growing my own talent strategy consulting companies (Castle Talent Strategy LLC and Out Of The Red Consulting). I assist businesses in developing their people strategies and coach CFA leadership teams.When I’m not working, I love country line dancing, reading, helping women grow through personal development books clubs, cooking and eating southern cuisine, and spending time with my husband, Christian, my son, Welles, and cat, Kitty.
