Working as the Director of Corporate Training at FBC Mortgage, LLC was a joy! There was a foundation already in the training department and some team members already established. FBC provided me the autonomy to bring a couple new team members in while making great adjustments to increase efficiencies and production. New custom templates were built for all training curriculum, FHA and VA guides for processors, 'green' to the mortgage industry curriculum package for sales, 'green' to the mortgage industry curriculum package for processors, and several other various one-off trainings utilizing progressive modalities, assessment measurements, and activities. The department was wonderful due to the people within it, including the 'glue' of the department - our training coordinator!

In my role as Manager of Learning and Development for Digital Risk, I have the honor of leading a group of dedicated learning professionals that take immense pride in developing and delivering best in class training initiatives to a high degree of success. We excel in adapting to constantly changing business requirements and partnering with our support groups and clients to ensure superior delivery. I have a passion for the development of training strategies and thrive in simplifying the complexities and creating clear learning paths.
