Project Manager for People Services team, focusing on employee experience and organizational strategic initiatives. Currently leading the Mobility Team and the 2-Deep Initiative where we are building mentors, finding new projects for employees ready to grow in their career, and leading corporate strategy meetings such as our Town Halls and All Hands, among other duties as assigned in the realm of People Services projects. Over seven years of managing projects and strategic direction from training projects, to change management roll outs, to organizational strategy meetings. Experience includes executing training strategies for clients, leading and facilitating company wide All Hands and Town Hall meetings. Skilled in developing project plans for unique projects that don’t fit into the normal IT project landscape, including Change Management, User Adoption, and Strategic Initiatives. I strive to create a work culture that fosters efficient and happy teams. I am passionate about mentoring, teaching, and communicating across technical teams and people teams, while also leading efficient and effective projects. I aim to build a more positive and enjoyable work experience for all employees.
