Starting my corporate career working for Levi’s Strauss & Co and worked my way up to VP of sourcing in Asia which kickstarted my work across the globe in executive positions for some of the most well-known apparel companies in the world. My experience focused on international product sourcing and supply-chain management for brands such as Quiksilver, Lands’ End, American Eagle Outfitters, and Gap. Having the privilege to lead teams up to 800 people has shown me the importance of leadership and how valuable having a trusted group of peers can be. I founded Madison & Associates to advise companies on apparel product development, supply-chain, sourcing, and leadership development. Major clients included Canada Goose and Carhartt. Becoming a Member of the Board for The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert is a role that will allow me to give back to the community and leverage my leadership and business consulting experience.
