As a TCNJ alum with an International Relations major and a minor in Holocaust and Genocide Studies, I value global perspectives that center human rights. I earned my Assiociates degree in Liberal Arts from Mercer County Community College. I graduated with Honors and am a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa and MCCC’s Honors Club. While an MCCC student, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Poland for 10 days. After having toured much of Poland and its Holocaust museums and various memorials, my passion for studying genocides and advocating for human rights was ignited. Since February of 2021 I have volunteered at MCCC’s Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Center as their Program Assistant. I have conducted an oral history project regarding Hidden Children in the Holocaust and consider that to be one of my most valuable academic and personal experiences. I have also interned at Charities Aid Foundation of America on their External Services and Donor Affairs team. I was responsible for supporting both teams and learned a great deal regarding international grant giving and the processes at play. I look forward to connecting with new people!
