Organizations I work with are constantly working to streamline workflows through EHR & API integrations, increase user productivity, ensure compliance, and automate manual tasks that can be handled through automation and A.I. The end goal we’re able to provide is a scalable on-premise or cloud faxing solution that improves the speed, success rate & information flow of faxing. This in turn allows organizations to reallocate I.T. & Telecom staff to more patient/client focused tasks and achieve cloud initiatives.The conversations most enterprises are having in 2024 in faxing are based around the transition to hybrid/cloud environments, and IDP technology to capture, classify, extract, validate and export inbound documents.
