I co-planned and created daily and weekly plans with my mentor teacher. The class consisted of 19 first graders. In addition, I participated in a data review session on DIBELS scores and a professional development course on Daily 5.

As director, I planed community and school pep-rallies while also organizing functions for the University's student section. I communicated with the other directors, our advisor, pep-rally sponsor, my programming team and those involved in the pep-rallies. I led a group of students after hiring them to work on the programming team.
