I was tasked to build a case to prove how the business model set up by the franchise was not suitable for the demographic of our client base and the lack of support was hurting the business profits. While negotiating with the franchise I put in plans to make sure the gym and the customers have a smooth transition while the business goes through the change. I oversaw the transition from the franchise to the independent boutique. I designed new customer journey and set up an accurate P&L reporting system.
