• Support the development and implementation of processes for the curation of information and records across the Vector group• Promote best practice for Information Management across the business to ensure adherence to the company’s Information management policies and procedures• Contribute to Vector’s Data & Information Policies and other Information Management Standards• File, track, retrieve, review and work with data owners to dispose of information & records in accordance with… Show more • Support the development and implementation of processes for the curation of information and records across the Vector group• Promote best practice for Information Management across the business to ensure adherence to the company’s Information management policies and procedures• Contribute to Vector’s Data & Information Policies and other Information Management Standards• File, track, retrieve, review and work with data owners to dispose of information & records in accordance with policy• Ensure the security, accessibility, and safe storage of Vector’s information & records internally and in offsite storage• Assist Data Stewards with the Governance group wide of Retention and Disposal Schedules against the Group Data and Information Policy• Maintain a Governance framework & Audit process for offsite records applying the Group Data & Information Policy• Ensuring all data records are maintained accurately in the Records Management system of record• Ensure meta-data and classification values are kept up-to-date in the records management system• Fulfil the role of Data Steward for records management data• Develop and maintain classification structures for records and document management• Ensure the implementation of Enterprise Taxonomy and Meta Data Model, including recommendations to the extension and enhancement of the model as required• Assist with the implementation of projects to improve or correct information through process improvement, system enhancements, data correction, or governance• Understand and provide support to the Management of Vector’s physical corporate library collections and interloan services• Ensure all data records are maintained accurately in the Library Management system of record• Create a data driven culture• Ensuring stakeholder management; position and quality of data and information are elevated across the organisation• Ensure that Vector meets its Legal, Ethical and Commercial responsibilities with respect to its data Show less
