Part of highly selective development program that built leadership skills and business acumen via rotations through Intuit’s core functional roles in the Quickbooks division. Experience included:+ Customer Champion: Conducted customer-facing market research for market opportunity evaluation and to define key customer requirements for future Quickbooks product family releases. Visited small business customers, conducted extensive phone interviews and focus groups.+ Feature Designer: Defined and developed feature and cross-functional business requirements for Quickbooks Simple Start and Customer Manager. Engaged with development and QA teams in India and US in design, development, verification, and release phases.+ Product Marketing: Engaged with marketing, sales and customer support in product release initiatives and retail and web strategies for the Quickbooks product line.

Managed a ~$20M commodity in a low-volume/high technology development semiconductor manufacturing facility. Experience included:+ Technology Transfer and Development: Provided expertise and leadership during various phases of technology transfer to Intel fabrication facilities located in Israel, Oregon, and New Mexico.+ TW Management: Developed and implemented several automated web-based tools to facilitate silicon wafer starts tracking and help manage test silicon inventory of the fab facility. This endeavor enabled a cost savings of > $1M in Q1 2004 and garnered an award from the California Technology and Manufacturing division for TW cost reduction.+ Test Silicon Cost Management: Created test silicon budget and forecasting methodologies, daily management and accountability of cost POR for each process area in the fab, and TW capacity planning.

Developed design-for-test software and conducted post-silicon debug for Intel’s 64- and 32-bit microprocessors. Experience included creating a regression test system for debug tools, performing RTL validation, and building a GUI for debug tools. Awarded an Intel Spontaneous Recognition Award for Results Orientation.

Developed and tested the job controller interface component for Intel’s automated test pattern generation tool. Exposed to language and parser design, large-scale software design in C++, and network communications.
