My role is to ensure successful delivery of all the IT roadmap projects using the approved project management methodology.We have developed a customised methodology for our company using SAP-ASAP, Agile, Waterfall by following the PMI and Prince2 frameworks. In roadmap we have SAP-ERP, SAP-ISU, SAP-CRM, SAP-BW, QlikView, SharePoint, .Net, Android and GIS development projects and Infrastructure, IT-Governance, IT-Security and Network upgrade projects. Mostly projects are done to fulfil the technological needs of various departments of K-Electric.In last year roadmap we had a portfolio of over 100 projects and programs which was delivered with the overall success of 70%. Objective of current year's roadmap is to decrease the failure and improve delivery by 80%
