Current• Three Semester Co-Op converted to full-time employee at Cox Communications Corporate Headquarters • Skills include: Data Management Developments, SSRS, DBMS, BRAINScript, LavaStorm, ICOMS, MS-Excel, MS-Access, Windows, Oracle, PPM and UNIX. Including hands-on work with software such as but not limited to ICOMS, LavaStorm, pivot tables, MySQL, SQL Developer using Windows and Linux Systems.• Responsible for driving continuous process improvements for company operations with emphasis in billing. Leveraging Lavastorm as an aggregate, compiled data views for senior level audiences, partnering teams, system administrators, and management consumptions. • Assisted deployment of LavaStorm upgrade used for big data analytics and driving visual solutions for partners. • Demonstrates skills in data analysis techniques with the use of appropriate coding languages and DBMS skills used to resolve missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in routine and non-routine raw data. Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly and unclearly defined problems while preforming functions in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols for technical data analysis projects. Contributed to the completion off projects that required in-depth knowledge of databases, data analysis, and advanced data reporting for specialty work teams and senior level management.
