Chris 'Kash' Kashfia is the North America Supplier Quality (SQ) Manager for packaging at Kenvue (formally Johnson & Johnson), where his team helps people realize the extraordinary power of everyday care. Kash leads an amazing group of supplier quality professionals that are responsible for Quality lifecycle management of a large portfolio of packaging commodities (eg. labels, bottles, etc.) that support the North America market for well-known household brand names such as Listerine, Tylenol, and Neutrogena.In his previous role, Kash was the Supplier Quality Manager for Maritime Power & Energy Solutions and C5 systems at L3Harris Technologies, a leading technology and defense contractor. Other roles include Quality Sr. Section Manager for the world's leading specialty semiconductor foundry, GlobalFoundries and the Boeing Program Quality Manager for the CST-100 Starliner at Kennedy Space Center, FL to re-establish human spaceflight from U.S. soil. In addition, Kash held roles as the Supplier Quality Site Manager in Boeing South Carolina supporting the 787 and 737 Airplane programs, where he led SQ Representatives to improve the overall quality of the 737 and 787 supply chain for engine build-up, Aft-body, Mid-body, Final Assembly, and Delivery.Kash started his career with Boeing as a Procurement Agent on the 747 Program, 787 Program, and Commercial Aviation Services. He joined the SQ organization in 2012 as a Factory Interface Manager, where he further honed his skills in process and quality improvement. While in SQ, Kash was sent on a temporary assignment to Italy where he successfully assisted with supply chain disruption activity for the Supplier Management organization at Boeing.Kash is working on a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Intelligence and has a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University. He earned his Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from Washington State University where he graduated cum laude. In addition, Kash obtained certificates from Villanova University in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Greenbelt along with being a certified IATF16949 lead auditor for automotive quality management systems.Kash is also a U.S. Army veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division during major combat operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.In his spare time, Kash enjoys hiking, sports, exercising, spending time with family, and eating lots of chocolate.
