• Support the U.S. Pacific Fleet Budget Submitting Office (BSO) 70 comptroller shop.
• Manage financial accounts for Official Representation of Funds (ORF), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Commander U.S. 7th Fleet (C7F), and Commander U.S. 3rd Fleet (C3F).
• Oversee Labor/Civilian Pay for Operational Target Commands (OPTAR) that consists of 7th Fleet, 3rd Fleet, Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGPAC), Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGPAC), Pacific.
• Review, approve, and process funding document requests from ORF customers to ensure funding is being submitted/used correctly and is not an exception to policy according to SECNAV instruction.
• Create SOP’s and desk guides for standard financial management procedures to ensure accurate execution.
• Streamline and identify ways of improving efficiency within my programs and others at comptroller level.
