• Responsible for data analysis and reporting of all essential business functions as required by contracted clients and to support business development functions and other corporate level strategies. Provide strategic and day-to-day operational management of corporate data including: data-mining, forecasting, operational reporting and analytic systems, voice-of customer collection systems and tools, and qualitative/quantitative research. • Responsible for data research and report development of critical performance measures to assure contract compliance and optimal operating efficiencies. Manages a team of business analysts that use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results. The role requires using sophisticated analytics for projects integrating multiple data sources and providing an objective viewpoint and recommendations to key stakeholders.• Prepares and presents reports to management for use in decision making and strategic planning. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals thus providing critical data & insight to the management team.
