• Plan and prepare field activities for Mechanical maintenance (Feed water and condensate water pump equipments, valve etc.) in a timely manner and with quality to achieve the highest level of safety and reliability for online and outage activities in support of both internal and external organizational needs (i.e., Operations, Work Management, LTMSA contractors, etc.).• Communicate with Operations and other departments to discuss the time window for maintenance activities• Support and provide input with training development and execution, as required, in alignment with maintenance strategies and skills to increase the effectiveness and quality of maintenance work.• Provide troubleshooting assistance.• Issue procedures, drawings, and instructions incl. required spare parts related to maintenance, temporary modifications / final installation• Application of safety, security and environmental standards, guidelines and rules• Provide training feedback on program effectiveness through evaluation of performance to ensure a high quality of training and qualification program.• Writing Human Factored Technical Work instructions (HuP) and Technical Procedures.• Currently serving in Nuclear Safety Culture Monitoring Committee to implement WANO good practices and fulfill IAEA guidelines.• Assist Mechanical Maintenance Manager to prepare Annual Budget.Day-to Day Responsibilities:• Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problem.• Conduct pre- and post-job briefings and oversee maintenance teams performing tasks to ensure alignment with the maintenance standards and procedures• Prepare PM work packages of the equipment.• Perform corrective maintenance of deficient equipment.• Maintain daily progress reports and Monthly technical reports of maintenance tasks.• Review Maintenance Work Reports• Maintain record of the spares, tools and consumables used to complete maintenance.

I have worked at following plant systems as CRO. Steam Turbine and its auxiliary systems, plant startup, shutdown, normal Operation Power reduction and handling transients in different modes of plant operation. Filed operation of 340 MWe condensing steam turbine at CHASHMA and its auxiliaries (steam flow 2020 t/h, temperature 268 ºC, inlet pressure 5.5 MPa, discharge pressure 5.74 KPa) Control auxiliary equipment, such as Feed water pumps 2×1010 t/h, pressure 9.0MPa. Condensate pumps and condensate booster pumps 2×750 t/h. Turbine extraction steam system. Turbine lubrication oil supply, control, gland sealing steam and safety system. Condenser vacuum system Generator rotor and stator cooling water system. Circulating cooling water system, close and open cycle cooling water system. Operate pumps, compressors, Emergency Diesel Generator from DCS and local control panels. Regulate equipment operation by exploring DCS User interface. Responsible for maintaining the operation of cooling water pumps and cooling towers. Operation of electrical Breakers.
