I am happy to announce that i have accepted the opportunity at Bari Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd as a Business Development Manager after 13 years working experience at Afroze Textile. It was great experience working with them!

• Managing and developing over all business dealings with existing & new customers / markets by Travelling & Emails.• Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed cost/budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through designated individual account supports, and liaison with internal order-processing departments. • Monitor all matters from product development to order execution.• Co-ordination within different internal departments to ensure required level of inventory for timely production and order execution. • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to management.• Managing regular relationship for optimum customer service and good relations with the customers.• Ensures deadline for shipment, production, and sampling are maintained.• Ensures quality communication between client and production departments.• Consult with product development personnel and sales force on product specifications such as Towel design, construction, color and packaging.• Handle effective business negotiations with customers whilst maintaining a customer oriented approach.

• Acted as Corporate liaison between international buyers, buying house–raw material suppliers and local clients to ensure proper communication. • Monitor production equipment operations, ensuring integrity of production, packaging and distribution operations while maintaining productivity levels. • Prepared comprehensive financial reports and proposals for directors review. • Coordinated all details of in-house and off-site financial services-related fairs / exhibitions. • Coordinated and monitored product distribution operations with purchasing, warehousing and shipping departments to ensure the safe and timely delivery of shipments. • Followed up on and resolved customer complaints.
