I did this by creating a positive work environment to increase productivity, culture, and work ethic. I managed hiring, training, supervision and retention of all clinic and administrative personnel.

Established, designed, and developed Synergy Health Clinics, a multi-speciality, hybrid, private medical practice that include urgent/primary care functionalities in conjunction a full Electronic Health Record implementation of Athena Health. Working closely alongside the President/CEO, I was tasked with overseeing the recruitment and selection of all clinic personnel, purchase of medical equipment and supplies, of IT infrastructure including computers, of the selection and full implementation of an Electronic Health Record, and developing an overall patient-centric medical practice. Additionally, I established all clinic Standard Operating Procedures appropriate to HR, day-to-day patient workflows, contracting and credentialing with health insurance companies, created and developed website and all associated content and SEO, designed all proprietary logos and materials, composed and established all company policies and procedures, including HR manuals, job descriptions, and personnel on-boarding and training. I directed Billing & Accounts Receivables. Additionally, I selected trained and supervised all clinic staff and conducted performance reviews and disciplinary actions. My responsibilities also included to enhance efficiency and productivity of the practice - I did so by planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations by working with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. When developing this start-up, it was important to prioritize the development and implementation while maintaining cost-effective policies and procedures for all administrative and operational areas. While continuing to maintain these methodologies; I resolved problems, both administrative and operational (including the maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed software applications), while ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA.

Facilitated progressive organizational change and development within a growing business and performed community outreach in the developing NOMA sector to promote healthcare awareness and wellness. Initiated, assessed, and executed a full Electronic Health Record transition & implementation for all sites; increasing effectiveness, quality, and management of care, and reducing annual operational expenses by $112,000. I also served as one of the clinic liaison to all external entities, assisted in the implementation of meaningful use criteria through EHR, yielding in overall efficiency. And by conducting internal and general analyses based on internal metrics, I prepared and generated a business model backed by financial reports for suitable investors.
