AF has completed hundreds of project from CAD-3D models of Residential, Commercial, Industrial which includes Precast and RCC Structure.Around one year of Outsource Project experience as a BIM Modeler where my responsibilities were :Worked in team for the model preparation from CAD files or IFC files,Detailing for various connection, section, joints etc. Preparing foundation, Column, Beam, Wall, Slab layout, Elevation, Section, Reinforcement detailCreated GA drawings, Engineering approval drawings for the project where scope of work was precast and IFC were in monolithically structureModeled Rebar as per the schedule approved in the engineering drawings by the client, and avoiding clashes with the connection in the elementsPreparing Bar Bending Schedule ,Structural Connection schedule, schedule of weight and volumes of Precast elementDeveloped parametric families for Precast columns, beam, structural connection, rebar, tagsPrepared Sheets for various elements layout section and elevationCreated assemblies and view in order to prepare Fabrication drawings along with the required connection detailsCreated title blocks as per the project requirements
