 Taking full responsibility of Factory Administration including Compliance.  Policies set up for the organization & implement in effective way as required buyer’s Code of Conduct/Labor Law.  Ensure HR issues - plan, develop, recruit, train, maintain and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.  Preparing, organizing & managing factory audits as per buyer’s social, ethical, environmental, technical, requirement.  Maintain regular contacts with the concerned legal departments and ministries of the Govt.  Prepare the factory fulfilling all the parameters demanded by honorable buyer code of conduct  Sound knowledge on process & procedures of certification of WRAP, BSCI, SADEX, etc  Experienced on health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety.

• The complete maintenance of the Time Attendance System for the organization (approximately more than 500 records).• Overseeing the welfare of the operatives at the factory and attending to any related issues.• Supervising in recruitment of employees, Orientation / induction of new entrants.• Co-ordinate for performance appraisal activities. • Disciplinary procedures.• Supervising Maintenance and update of personnel files.• Assisting all compliance requirements for the factory.

• The complete responsibility of attendance and payroll system for the employees of the organization (FOR 1200 EMPLOYEES)• Assisting in setting up the HR functions/ procedures for the factory in Jordan• Overseeing the welfare of the operatives at the factory and attending to any related issues.• Supervising in recruitment of employees, both experts and locals. • Orientation / induction of new entrants.• Co-ordinate for performance appraisal activities. • Disciplinary procedures.• Supervising Maintenance and update of personnel files.• Assisting all compliance requirements for the factory and dormitories are in place.
