Setting Sales Target and using resources efficiently to meet the required goals.- Project Management including Budget Estimation, Cost Controlling, Scheduling, Coordination, Procurement and ensuring completion of Project of work as per schedule.- Product Sourcing and Correspondence with Foreign Principals.- Examine the cost and profit structure and implement new plans to increase profitability. - Supervise and direct purchasing functions such as product/service research, vendor selection, price and contract terms negotiation and purchase order completion.- Prepare budget estimates and monitor departmental expenditures.- Identify high-margin opportunities for additional product offerings through market research and networking with customers, vendors, and the academic community.- Responsibility of recruitment and develop an improved hierarchy system.- Business Analysis, work progress report to CEO and foresee issues that are affecting Business.- Supervises the day to day work of all departments.
