• Supervise the various Employees Benefits provided by the company like, Group Life Insurance, Group Health Insurance, FMR, LFA, VRMA, OPD, PF, EOBI, SESSI, Education CESS etc.
• Negotiation and finalization of Health, Group Insurance and Pay Continuation process.
• Supervise the Full & Final Settlements in case of Resignation/Termination and processing of staff loan applications, preparing the loan agreement and maintenance of their record.
• Dealing in issues related to Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Re-designation, Increments, and Appreciations.
