• Leading a team of IT professionals (Services Desk, Network, Apps Support, Commodity, Data Center & Database Admins) support group to run IT Services to 29000+ business users and employees in 6 regional head offices and 52 field offices located nationwide• Managing whole ERP system at national level, 8 major business applications (Budget & Accounts, Audit, Revenue/Taxation, Lands Management, Litigation, Complaints & Applications Management System, and Complete HR Profiling). These applications have complete Clients / Customer’s data, Receipts/ Expenditures, Arrear Statements, CRM, SMS/Email on entering and reporting modules. Live visibility to management of field operations• ERP implementation: Discovery and Planning, Design, Testing, Deployment, and Ongoing Support• Elicit and document business requirements into functional specifications• Review and provide feedback for technical design specifications and developed projects• Plan, design and develop IT Policy for department and mitigate risks• Point of contact for resolving all issues from employees and the vendors• Data retention and effectively deploy training materials, operating and user manuals, and train employees in the use of ICT systems and applications

• Acting as a liaison between business owners, product managers, and technology teams to ensure smooth and effective flow of communication and requirements• Establish business analysis workflow, templates and standards• Provide detailed business requirements specification presentations to developers and testers, and coordination with the SQA team to develop plans to test business and functional processes• Consultations with users to identify, analyze, refine, and document business requirements• Manage and co-ordinate all aspects of business process analysis and requirements gathering to support delivery of specific business and IT Systems change projects• Responsible for taking sign-off on all functional specification documents created against client requirements and publishing it to the teams• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules• Ensure timely production of outputs to previously agreed time scales, including status reports• Create, update, and maintain product functions traceability with product requirements
