Responsibilities include creating in-market sampling framework, selecting analysis framework and success criteria, providing product attribute supporting documentation, and co-leading result share-outs with relevant stakeholders to drive impactful product quality improvements.• Onboard, train, and coach Plano-based contractor to assist with multiple QA project tasks.

• Managed 100+ yearly combined US/Canada innovation Snacks projects as Quality Assurance phasegate approver, contributing guidance in the early stages of the project lifecycle to improve delivery of functional product designs. Provided technical advisory to FLNA innovation specifications and documentation for managed portfolio. Portfolio included: FLNA potato chip, extruded, pretzel, cookie/cracker, salsa/dip, dried fruit, grain bar, and assorted healthy snack products. • Led Legacy Ingredient Specification Update (LiSU) project for QA to migrate specifications to new system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data in adherence to PepsiCo standards. Personally approved 100+ specifications and co-led quarterly QA training sessions with new resources.• Onboarded, trained, and coached 3 geographically dispersed contractors (Illinois – 1, Mexico City – 2) for the LiSU project.• Created the PFNA Innovation QA Dashboard program to provide Frito Lay R&D up-to-date metrics snapshots of innovation product performance and quickly identify consumer response issues. Dashboard was shared every month with 300+ Frito Lay R&D resources. • Co-led QA Brand Quality Health Check (BQHC) program, creating quarterly product performance snapshots for 6 Frito Lay products (Potato Chip – 2, Tortilla Chip – 2, Extruded – 2). Responsibilities included in-depth data analysis across various Quality systems, revenue analysis, and co-leading result share-outs with Product Development to drive impactful product quality improvements. • Co-created and led QA Ways of Working (QA WoW) quarterly share-out program, highlighting global innovations with QA resources to provide them forum to gain information and collaborate with appropriate region leads to incorporate previous learnings into their region’s rollout.• Managed $500K global team budget and performed insightful variance analysis reporting to Finance.
