• Manages AirVision Inflight (AVIF) Catering System at Admin• Perform analysis on System Forecasting versus meals uplifted to highlight the Wastage and Shortage. • Work with T&I (IBM) and Sabre Teams for system issues, fixes, ongoing SR Tickets, and new releases. • Performs the System Tests (UAT) with any new AVIF release • Work with Operation Planning Team and propose solutions for any change request from GED / Culinary• Generates Reports from AVIF for Operation Planning Team, Finance Team and other stakeholders. Some common reports include Per PAX Cost and SPML Costs, Items Loaded Qty report for Off Load analysis, Tax and Discounts Reconciliation, Meal Wastage etc.• Schedule Discounts and Taxes for all outstations in AVIF as per the Catering Contract Terms and Conditions and perform reconciliations on system invoices. • Define, create, modify & maintain meal policies in Air Vision In-Flight (AVIF) as per business requirements as and when required to align with the business.• Maintain Users Profiles and manage security for Air Vision and Promeus Portal.• Load NOP Schedule in AVIF, run PP005 and issue monthly Food Consolidated Report TP006 for all outstations as a guideline of items loading ratios by aircraft, class, and date.• Create and issue Catering Meal Plan showing schedule changes for Service, Aircraft etc.• Flight Detail Overview and regen, edit, add flights & change A/C Type on daily bases based on ASMs• Manage and approves Caterer uploaded food prices in AVIF based on approvals from Regional Managers and Commercial Team. Performs analysis of submitted costs against budget and provide impact • Monitor and approve caterers raised scheduled and unscheduled invoices• Performs Month End closing and provides the accrual cost, reconcile the disbursement cost data and advise AP to interface in SAP.• Provide support to Commercial Team during the budgeting period for current costs and spends etc.
