Work with both, the local office and teams deputed at EMEAAP, to build and manage Agent relationships (with control on unexpected situation) from an operational angle. Take action as the locally based project coordinator to make sure the timely launch of new Agents, coordinating with Agents and EMEAAP teams as appropriate. Make it sure that Agents are operating in accordance to the agreed service levels by regularly visiting sites along with ongoing telephone liaison. Complete network assessment and install point-of-sale applications at new and current Agent locations.Give training to new Agents until due date. On an constant basis, identify training needs of current Agents and give re-training proposal. Make sure that local operating problems of money-making importance are communicated well in time to the problem solving individual or teams.Perform as a local contact person to answer Agent and customer question and solve problems well in time, coordinate with EMEAAP teams as appropriate, in connection with:- The product- IT issues – initial set up and on-going questions.Make sure that you are well aware with the local law/rules relating to the transaction limits, compliance requirements etc. those rules are maintained and communicated to Agents as required. Complete follow-up calls to make sure that new Agents are able to provide the service to customers.
